Xentral is a German startup that develops enterprise resource planning software covering a variety of back-office functions for the average online small business. Xentral has raised over 90 million dollars from famous investors such as Sequoia, Tiger Global, and Meritech. In 2021, I got the opportunity to lead the product design team to enrich design maturity by implementing processes, meeting structures, and design thinking. Besides the management tasks, I created and implemented a fully functional design system and designed, tested, and validated large parts of the main functionalities from the ground up.
