Clark Germany is a leading insurance manager offering its customers a digital way to improve their insurance. With over 200.000 customers and a total funding amount of 43.8M, Clark is one of Europe's most notable insurance startups. As the Head of User Experience, I was responsible for the whole product and service experience. This included research, concept, design, and ongoing validation and testing of newly created product ideas. Besides that, I had the honor to develop and lead a 4+ design unit, including communication and product designers, to further apply design thinking and experience standards to the company. As an interim Head of Brand, I was the strategic lead of the newly created Clark brand, followed by the creative direction of the website based on the recently developed value proposition.
