About
I work as a freelancer with good companies and bold startups to create relevance by design. From time to time, I expand my horizon with my own small projects outside my comfort zone.
Before I became self-employed, I headed up the Design Team at CLARK, responsible for the product and service experience. Besides participating as an individual contributor to the product squads, I helped to develop research methods, increase solution discovery maturity, and ensure ongoing product validation cycles. Also, I initiated and led the creation of the company's brand, followed by the creative direction of the communication and brand materials.
Before CLARK, I worked on exciting projects for experience and behavior agencies. An interactive 3D configurator, for example, helps customers create their new Mercedes easily before buying it from the couch. Or an alternative way of customer communication for one of the largest banks in Germany. Working for big regulated industries led me to the beauty of complex tasks and taught me to be open-minded and curious.
